SAVE YOUR ORDER RECEIPT AT ALL TIMES. WE REFER TO THE INFORMATION WITHIN YOUR ORDER TO VERIFY YOUR PURCHASE BEFORE PROVIDING SUPPORT.

1. No Refunds on Digital Items

All orders of digital items comes with a strict no-refund policy, as the files cannot be confirmed deleted/destroyed by the purchasing party.

If you don’t obtain a file download link within 48 hours and/or a link appear broken - open a support ticket with your information and we will deploy re-sends and alternative solutions.

2. Licenses

All products comes with an individual user license.
Be sure to read it carefully.

  1. All of our assets are under license agreements through which we grant clients exclusive and/or limited rights to produce video and/or promotional social media content with the asset(s) that they request for us to make, approving use of ONLY items listed within your verifyable order.

  2. Assets may be used in games (does not apply to Minecraft or other already existing platforms such as UEFN, Roblox or other DLC type sub-content solutions). Use of assets in games that sell for over $35.000 per calendar year are subject to revenue share beyond the initial $35.000 yearly earning.

  3. Assets may be used as part of Minecraft Server resource packs, but we expect the deployment take big steps against compromising file access and uprighthold protective integrity.

  4. Produced assets are under no cirkumstances open for the client and/or external parties to conduct edits, derivations and/or revisions of. Derivations and/or alterations can only ever be requested from and produced by ArtsByKev Productions. We retain full and exclusive creative rights to everything we make and offer for sale (with exception to some creative work made and provided by our partners).

  5. We exclude the buyer from any rights to create giveaway offers, softwares, and/or any other form of content or offer where the asset(s) is(are) / and/or could be seen as made publically available to obtain. These rights are exclusive to *ArtsByKev and ArtsByKev Productions.

3. Issues & Support

For All Support Errands

In order to verify your support errand, we must at all times be provided the following:

  • Order Number

  • Order Date (optional)

  • Name of Buyer (first & last)

  • Order Items

  • Purchase Method

Without this information we are unable to offer support, and will have to terminate unverifiable tickets and support errands.

4. User Error

We are not responsible for and will offer no support to any buyer issues, such as:

Lost files, lost email, computer reset, account bans, forgotten passwords, etc.

Notice: ArtsByKev Productions hold no furhter obligations to inform, guide, provide support, grant access to, and/or protect the buyer from themselves and errors made on their behalf.

5. Pricing

Product pricing may change with the global market. We do not compensate for a price changing the next day to that of a store purchase.

Notice: Orders for services are subject to the current pricing and rates given up front of a project, but we may come to offer a reduction if pricing goes down in the meantime of a bigger production.

6. Fraud Prevention

We record and issue permanent takedowns on any content that infringes upon copyrights and/or exceeds the intended limits of any license we’ve granted.

A damage fee is issued and collected at standard rate for the total production cost of each affected asset, without granting the infringing party any licenses and or claim to copyrights.

Fradulent use and rights infringement is a legal matter for the court.

The creators of MythicMobs and MMOItems, as well as operators at or on behalf of mcmodels.net are permanently legally prohibited from using and/or gaining access to any files covered by any license and/or other distributed format of assets made by ArtsByKev, ArtsByKev Productions and/or from any of our affiliated partners, and/or from their affiliated partners and/or on via orders made on their behalf - and must be able to present order receipts where it can be confirmed that they, and only they themselves, are the ones to have made an order. We will issue damage fees for any fraudulent use and/or malicious intent caused to and/or towards our business, with a 15 day payment warrant.
